Flabia Perdue leads with heart, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving others in her role as President and Co-Owner of Perdue Insurance. Originally from El Paso, she moved to Austin in 2002 and has proudly called Central Texas home for more than two decades.
Flabia believes in leading through service. Before stepping into the insurance industry, she worked as an administrator for a Christian publishing house, where she developed the organization, compassion, and steady leadership that continue to guide her today. Since 2014, she has worked alongside her husband and company founder, Don Perdue, helping grow their family business into a trusted name in the community.
For Flabia, insurance is about more than policies and paperwork—it’s about protecting what matters most in people’s lives. She takes pride in making sure clients truly understand their coverage so they can make confident decisions for themselves and their families. Whether it’s auto, home, or commercial insurance, she believes every client deserves thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a plan that’s built specifically for their needs.
Outside of the office, Flabia’s greatest joy is her family. She is a devoted wife, mother of four, and a proud grandmother. While she’s a strong leader at work, she also enjoys embracing life’s simple adventures. On the weekends, you might find her out on the ranch taking her SUV off-road, staying active with workouts and peaceful walks in nature, or exploring Austin by trying new restaurants around the city. Her lively home is also shared with two beloved pets – Precious, a spirited Husky, and Tank, a fun-loving Frenchie.
At the heart of everything Flabia does is a genuine desire to serve others. For her, helping clients feel protected and cared for isn’t just a profession – it’s a calling rooted in faith, family, and community.
