Kevin Cloud believes the best business starts with real connections. As General Manager at Perdue Insurance Agency, he brings a people-first mindset and years of hands-on leadership experience, focusing on building relationships, guiding his team, and making sure every client feels valued – not just served.
Kevin’s journey into leadership began in 2015 when he stepped into a management role at a medical spa. From there, his career quickly grew. By 2019, he was serving as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing operations and building relationships across multiple properties. In 2021, he expanded into real estate, combining his passion for helping people with his natural ability to guide clients through important life decisions.
Since joining Perdue Insurance in 2022, Kevin has focused on delivering what he calls “white-glove service for everyone.” To him, exceptional guest service isn’t about the size of the account – it’s about showing up with honesty, integrity, and hard work.
Kevin is actively involved in both his community and professional organizations. He serves as a Global Advisor and Ambassador for North America with the Austin Board of Realtors and is a member of the organization’s Diversity Committee. He is also a proud member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). In addition to his professional involvement, Kevin volunteers as a greeter at Red Rock Church, where he enjoys connecting with and welcoming members of the community.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Kevin is proud of his Hispanic heritage and the values it instilled in him – family, perseverance, and treating people with respect. Kevin also enjoys dancing, exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, running the trails around Lady Bird Lake, visiting art galleries, traveling, attending concerts, and capturing moments through photography. At home, Kevin is accompanied by his energetic six-year-old black-and-white corgi, Drake – his loyal sidekick and self-proclaimed spirit animal.
